Wow, it's been a while since I've posted anything....I would have let it go a month or so but I know some other people probably would have disowned me.  I think I'm going to blame me not updating in forever on a busy school life, busier than ever before.  With stuff like AP, GHSGT (Yeah right), and the ACT to worry about, I sort of forgot about you.  Not to mention I looked at my web stats the other day, and I went from 250 unique page views a day to umm...about 40.  Nuff Said....So I need to get this thing going once again.

Life is pretty great, even if it does have a lot of work oriented to it.  Band is...band I guess, it's going as usual, we're a week away from our first real competition and we have no clue what in the hell is going on...As usual.  Homecoming is fast approaching and marks Ashley and I's three months together.  And when we go back to school on Wednesday I have the Georgia High School Graduation Test, which in itself is a complete joke.  (It's at an 8th grade reading level, and you get 5 tries to pass it before you are denied graduation with your class)  But hey, I'm not complaining.

I've Decided to Try something new, I'm going to start doing a countdown to some of the things coming up....Later when I have more free time I guess I'll write something in Java to do it, but until then, you can just trust me.
Countdowns:
GHSGT-2 Days
Homecoming- 11 Days
End of Marching Season- 35 Days
Christmas- 89 Days
Ashley's Birthday- 111 Days
My Birthday- 240 Days
End of Hell (Graduation)- 611 Days
I can't wait, can you? Remember, only 89 more shopping days until Christmas...

Moment of Zen:

There are two kinds of light--the glow that illuminates, and the glare that obscures.

Love Always,
Brice

Okay, You know why none of you have any gas?

Because you panicked.  That's why...Want me to explain it? I would be GLAD to.  The Honorable Sonny Purdue (Your Governor) got onto public media outlets today and said that there would be enough gas for everyone if the normal daily amount of consumption occurred.  Now before you start cussing me out, Let me define the phrase "Normal daily amount of consumption". Generally it means that if everyone just completely pretended that nobody had ever mentioned anything about oil refineries getting destroyed, we would have enough gas.  But no, it didn't work like that, You rushed to service stations to fill up your gas guzzling V8 6800lb monstrosities. And because of those people, Gas is now 5$ a gallon in some Metro-Atlanta Neighborhoods.

Good Job...You deserve a cookie, A very expensive Cookie...

Thoughts?

Rawr, I'm trying a new strategy to get myself to update xanga.  I think I'll just make smaller posts, 1 moment of zen, and maybe a quote a day.  Rawr...If this doesn't work, I'm giving someone $50 to go out and buy as much starbucks as they can, and then making them bribe me frappuccino for updating my xanga.  With that being said, it's been another week, and If I can't manage to make more posts, I think me and xanga are going to break up.

Cool, now that I handled that disclaimer.  The past week has been amazing, not letting out last weekend which was subsequently amazing.  It generally consisted of Ashley, Some Mandi, And then more Ashley.  Happy Birthday to Mandi by the way, because nobody decided to tell me it was her birthday...so who shows up to Applebees like a complete ass wondering what the occasion is? Brice Does!  Yeah, other than that....It was good.  On a related note, Has anyone actually been to Stars and Strikes on a Saturday Night when the wait for a bowling lane wasn't 2 hours? If so, please tell me how you do it...

The Jamboree is tomorrow, Be there, Tickets are $6.  Just be there, it's the opening Performance of The SFHS Marching Band's Show entitled From Gridlock to Grind: A day in the Life of an Atlanta Commuter.  I knew you would be cool and come..

Moment of Zen:
(Who wants to do this to me? I'm thinking the fire hydrant 2 houses down from me)

There, you got your xanga post...Now stop complaining for a week

Love,
The Artist Formerly Known as B-Rizzle.

Yeah, So.  I haven't posted in a while, in light of that we will have a huge xanga post today.  This post will be accompanied by Stories, My final Schedule (which took 3 days to get fixed), and of course, Moments of Zen.

Starting from the Top.  The first Day of School....My schedule, was mad screwed up...On the up side, I did have 1 class that was supposed to be where it was...Can you guess it? If you guessed Band you were right.  Okay, with that said, the rest of the day was uneventful.  The next day, after getting some starbucks, I decided that I wasn't going to go to any of my classes and I would much rather sit in the counselors office until they fixed my schedule.  That is just what happened, and It worked I might add.  So with that being said, here is my schedule:

First Semester:
1st- Euclidian Geometry- Pavlicek
2nd- Chemistry I- Philpot
3rd- Adv. Band III- Paul Harrison Clark
4th- AP History/Literature AB- Wolff/Aderhold

Second Semester:
1st- Adv. Algebra/Trig.- Zink
2nd- Human Anatomy/Physiology- Smyrl (Yet again....3rd time with Smyrl in 3 years)
3rd- Adv. Band IV- Paul Harrison Clark
4th- AP History/Literature AB- Wolff/Aderhold

Okay, now that we got that over with....The March-A-Thon was yesterday (Saturday) and it was a success, Incase you didn't know, the SFHS Band walked down Old Atlanta Road yesterday...sort of a band 10k if you will.  If everyone raised their fair share, and I'm sure they did, We netted about $14,000, which isn't incredible, but it will buy us a few instruments.

After the March-A-Thon there was a nice band pool party at St. Marlo..blah blah blah.  Later, Jessica, Jay, Ashley, and I all went to starbucks and with the exception of Jessica who was scared of the masseuse; all got massages.  It was almost orgasmic.  Finishing up the night we went to Mitchell's, playing pool, ping pong, strip poker, and watched the falcons game.  What a fun night...

I woke up this morning and my legs felt like they were going to fall off of my body, but other than that, I'm fine.  Ashley had her AYWS Audition today, which she said went well, so kudos to her.  Now, I need to go work on my AP homework....So enjoy the moments of zen..

Moment of Zen:
(I wonder if it has rims...)

Moment of Zen:
(I'm sorry, but I'm doing this on MARTA once my panda suit comes in)

Moment of Zen:
(Attention Whore: Why can't he just get a golden retriever like everyone else...)

Moment of Zen:
(Sign from god that you should find a new hobby...)

And finally your quote: Why does the Air Force need expensive new bombers? Have the people we've been bombing over the years been complaining?

Love,
B-Rizzle
